Finally, The Division 2 Is Launching On Steam As Ubisoft Returns To The Platform After Leaving Years Ago
Looks like that EGS exclusivity is over.
If you haven’t already played The Division 2 because you’ve been waiting three years for it to come out on Steam, that’s some dedication. And it’s dedication that’s paid off. In January, your long wait will come to an end as Ubisoft continues bringing their games back to Valve’s store.
The game will arrive on the storefront on January 12. Although, there’s already a Steam page for it and it can be added to your wishlist. Based on the information on the page, it looks like the Steam version will come with access to Season 10. It also looks like there will be a selection of editions to choose from, with the Warlords of New York Ultimate Edition offering the base game, the titular expansion, a one-year content pass, and an ultimate pack full of goodies. Interestingly, it seems you can just buy the expansion (based on the graphic) but that might not be the best idea if you haven’t purchased the game.
