It’s Blue Mage Time, Final Fantasy XIV’s Patch 6.45 Arrives, 10th Anniversary G-Poses Available, Too!
Continue Hildy’s story and get to work on those relic items.
Aaaah, Final Fantasy XIV Patch Day and this one actually has that Blue Mage update you’ve been waiting for in the MMORPG. It also includes the next step in the Manderville weapons and the Splendorous tools. Of course, that means having to do more Manderville storyline and spending time accumulating tomestones and scripts. Let the busy work begin!
The update also adds another 10 levels for the Blue Mage. If you’re all leveled up, your next quest can be found in Ul’dah. There are six new quests in total, and a bunch of new spells to learn.
For the variant dungeon fans, Shallow Moor would like to speak to you in Old Sharlayan. They’ll be sending you off to meet with Hancock – which means there’s definitely treasure involved and he probably wants more than his fair share. He’ll be taking you to Mount Rokkon to explore the mysteries there. And, once you finish the Variant version of this dungeon, you can head into the Criterion and start working on obtaining the new elusive mount. (You’ll need an item level of 660.)
In addition to the typical update content, Square also added some special Tenth Anniversary items for the Gposers among us. Specifically frames and stickers. These can be found in Group Pose settings. They’re limited time, so you’ll want to use them while they’re available.
