Neverwinter's 26th Module, Demonweb Pits, Goes Live Today For All Platforms
There's a new adventure zone, dungeon, and storyline, as well as a post-leveling experience.

What’s worse than spiders? Demon-spiders.
Gearbox Publishing and Cryptic Studios have released Neverwinter's 26th module, Demonweb Pits, for PC, PlayStation, and Xbox today. Players must challenge Lolth, the spider-goddess of the drow, to drive her out of the Material Plane and save the city of Menzoberranzan. The MMORPG's new module introduces an adventure zone, called Narbondellyn, where players can explore the grounds of House Fey-Branche, assist in constructing the powerful Realm Engine, and face challenging hunts throughout Menzoberranzan.
The Demonweb Pits dungeon offers an epic battle against Lolth, while quality of life improvements include a streamlined leveling experience for players. As for the storyline, it follows Archmage Gromph Baenre, who attempts to access Lolth's domain, causing a connection between the Material Plane and the Demonweb Pits. To save Menzoberranzan, players team up with Noori, a Sorcerer mage, to seal the rift and send Lolth back to the Abyss. The new dungeon comes with varying difficulty tiers and bosses.
Additionally, the update introduces "The Hero's Path," a post-leveling experience meta adventure set that guides players after reaching level 20. It offers new goals and rewards to enhance the endgame experience for Neverwinter players. With Demonweb Pits, the Menzoberranzan story arc concludes, paving the way for future modules.
