New Gameplay Trailer Revealed For Battlefield 2042’s Upcoming Season 5: New Dawn
There's a new map, new weapons, and new grenades.
Stay frosty, soldiers.
DICE has revealed a new gameplay trailer for the upcoming season of Battlefield 2042. In Season 5: New Dawn, players will experience the battlegrounds of Czechia. They will find themselves near a reclaimed, nature-encroached factory on the new map called Reclaimed.
There’s also new weapons available to arm players accordingly in this unfamiliar warzone. They can carry the XCE Bar bolt-action rifle, the versatile GEW-46 assault rifle, or the devastating BFP.50 hand cannon. Also, there’s three new grenade variants.
Besides that, the FPS is also introducing revamped vehicle loadouts, weapon stations like thermal technology and heavy anti-air capabilities, overhauled Vault weapons, and an enhanced iteration of the Hourglass map. With the new season, the next Battle Pass will feature 100 tiers containing new weapons like the GEW-46, XCE Bar, and BFP.50, as well as gadgets and cosmetics.
Battlefield 2042’s Season 5: New Dawn drops on June 7 for PC, PlayStation, and Xbox.
