New Water-Themed Hero Added To Naraka: Bladepoint Roster
Valda Cui, The Sea Dragon, uses the power of water to dominate her foes.
Today, a new playable character has been added to 24 Entertainment’s action combat game Naraka: Bladepoint. Valda Cui, The Sea Dragon, is the first new character to be added to the game since it launched last month. The captain of (what I believe to be, based on the trailer) a pirating vessel, and daughter of the former Sea Dragon, Valda Cui brings her water-based skills to land, shaping the element into weapons or using it strategically as bubbles or waves to trap her enemies or bring them down.
Accompanying Valda Cui’s release is the game’s first event, the Mid-Autumn Festival. During this event, players can collect Mooncakes by completing event quests. These can then be turned in for themed rewards.
Players can also expect various balance adjustments with nerfs and buffs to heroes, weapons, and, soul jades. The full patch notes are available on the Steam page.
