Rob Blackwood's Vault In Warface's Heist Update For PlayStation And Xbox
Switch update coming "soon."
The Heist update for Warface is now live for console players on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, and will soon be available for Nintendo Switch as well. As we described in our coverage of the update for PC in March:
"the season's top new content is a co-op PvE mission that tasks a pair of players with robbing Blackwood's vault. The dynamic duo will need to rappel their way into the bank building and then overtake three vaults using laser drills while dealing with both police and special forces deployed to stop them."
As with that earlier update, you'll be able to acquire the "Big Score" weapon set with its gold inlays. This set of six includes the new M4 Marksman sniper rifle, which offers increased damage and a higher rate of fire. There's also the "Shapeshifter" gear set, "designed for professional thieves" that offers better protection in shootouts with the police. Just wondering, though: If you're a "professional thief," can you put that as your occupation on your tax form?
There's also a PvP mode on the Heist map called Blitz, and plenty of new achievements inspired by the Heist motif. All in all, this update looks to be identical to the one that came out on PC six months ago, so feel free to check out our previous writeup -- or the Warface site -- for more info. Please, we could use the clicks.
