The Cycle: Frontier’s Patch 1.4.0 Is A Big One
Prospectors should prepare for a longer downtime than usual.
Those who have been playing The Cycle: Frontier recently should be no stranger to several server issues that have been popping up. As an apology, some compensation will be dished out to players who have logged into the game since July 1. After the next update, players will receive the following for free:
• 150.000 K-Marks.
• 1 Scarab
• 1 Advocate
• 1 Malestrom
• 2 Shields
• 1 Helmet
As for the changes, the game’s general fluidity and responsiveness to the heavy melee strike have been improved and the icons for some weapon attachments have been reworked to make them easier to differentiate from one another. A change that should benefit all is that the cost to repair most gear has been reduced, so much so that the repair costs of Legendary items have been reduced by 85%.
There's one additional note. Players should also make sure that they are not starting their game in Admin mode, as this will now create an error.
If prospectors would like to learn more about a few other changes and bug fixes they can check out the official patch notes here.
