Twin Saga's 30th patch is here bringing with it a level cap raise -- to 100, new areas to explore, and the game's Halloween content. The level cap raise doesn't just offer players a new progression target but also adds new challenges for players, specifically the Ancient God Altar, designed with archers and rogues in mind. There are also new class talents for awakened players.

The two new zones, Desert of Exile and Sunless Woodland are both located on the Western Continent, but offer players very different areas to explore. While the desert is mostly dry, there are some greener areas around a village and the oasis. The Woodland, on the other hand, is rather dense. It's also the home of an ancient god altar and boasts a wide range of beasts. (From the images, it also appears to be dressed up for Halloween.)

Both regions offer a new boss challenge. The desert is host to a huge, brick-like horse named Imma while the boss in the woodland is a pearl-looking thing named Diamante.

Of course, there is a new story quest line, because you can't have new regions without some story. To experience the story, players will need to be level 88 and have completed the Final Prophecy quest in Elven Valley.

And, since it is October, there is a spooky event. Players need to be at least level 20 and in the Royal City of Arcadia to trigger the event quest. Completing the quests will result in several rewards including Memory Core Crystals and Loyalty Points Coupons. Details on how the to obtain the rewards are available on the Twin Saga site.
