Warframe’s got a busy couple of months ahead if today’s announcements are anything to go by. Not only is the new update, “The Shadowgrapher,” planned to release in March, but the game will be dropping on Android on February 18, and new ways to experience the game on Switch 2 will be hitting sometime in Q1. In addition to that, the devs are busy scheduling convention appearances, kicking things off at PAX East, which will also include a celebration of the game’s 13th anniversary. This will be followed by the first -ever TennoVIP community event in São Paulo, Brazil, on May 1 and TennoCon in July. The TennoCon tickets will go on sale on February 27. As we said, they’re busy.

Today, Digital Extremes covered the details on all of this in the January Devsteam. The important things to know about the Android Warframe launch, aside from the date, are that Canadian residents can get in early via a region-specific soft launch on February 11 and that the game is compatible with devices running 64-bit Android on an ARM4 processor with Android OS 12.0 or higher.

As for the upcoming “The Shadowgrapher” update, it will introduce the free-to-play sci-fi shooter's 64th Warframe, the inkblot-inspired Follie. The update will also introduce a new game mode in a haunted painting, as well as graphical improvements.

Full details on the update and the Android drop, as well as everything you need to know about all the upcoming conventions and other events, can be found in the stream embedded below.
