Wayfinders, are you still with us?

Earlier this year, Airship Syndicate pushed back Early Access for its upcoming online multiplayer action RPG Wayfinder to Summer 2023, but the Global Closed Beta starts on May 10. That’s tomorrow.

The team said they needed more time to polish the game and add new features based on feedback from the community. They extended gratitude for the community's feedback, and relayed details on the changes made prior to this new test.

These include a jump dash and increased movement speed for faster traversal, as well as the ability to move around town while queued for dungeons. Also, there’s a Material Codex to help players find specific materials more easily and improvements to performance and stability. Additionally, the team overhauled the camera system to improve tracking in interior locations and made gameplay adjustments such as clearer FX animations for critical hits and improved guidance on blocking and parrying.
