AION Classic Launch Date Delayed By Gameforge In EU
Players will be waiting a few more days for Aion Classic.
The EU version of AION recently went live on the Gameforge client, but unfortunately the MMORPG encountered some technical issues during the process. As the team works to fix these issues Gameforge announced today that the launch of AION Classic would be delayed.
Originally slated for April 12th, the new launch date for AION Classic EU will be April 25th. This move was made to "ensure this will be a great experience".
Per the blog post:
"We understand game delays are always frustrating, especially since many of you, much like us, are already very excited for next week. But as much as we wanted to stick to the previously announced date, we still haven’t reached the level we want to achieve for a smooth game launch."
Gameforge goes on to reiterate that the entire team is working hard to smooth out any technical issues and to make the launch of AION Classic the best it can be.
