Babylon's Fall Season 2

The extension of Babylon's Fall Season 2: The Light of Aaru has caused a lot of concern for the development of Platinum Games' live-service title. While it is extended until November 29 so the developers can reevaluate the game's roadmap, players can jump into the action role-playing game today and experience what the season offers.

The main additions available today with Season 2 allow players to fight in battle with dual-wielding Pistols and the new "Sun" element, helping expand the range of fights. As Platinum describes, the weapons are "difficult to handle" and require players to master them; while strategizing against Sun element enemies will require players to "pursue new builds" to surpass their opponents.

Following the new inclusions that will spice things up, over 80 new quests will come to "Skirmishes, Sieges, and Duels." Players will acquire treasures upon completing these quests and may run into some new "infamous enemies" on their ventures.

Lastly, it wouldn't be a multiplayer live-service game without a Battle Pass, which Babylon's Fall Season 2 claims to have 100 rewards including assassin-themed vanity attire that players can acquire. Like the Season 1 Battle Pass that kickstarted the game, the new one can be purchased at a "discounted price depending on the amount of BP earned."
