Check Out This New Gameplay Trailer For Action Adventure Sandbox Game Faction Z
There's a demo coming real soon, too.
Indie studio Orcano Games has dropped a new gameplay trailer for Faction Z.
The multiplayer, action adventure, sandbox game is set to feature new modes and maps, with a demo and early access testing scheduled for February on Steam. Faction Z introduces a skill system where players can choose between active and passive effects during upgrades, adding more depth and unique playstyles for each player.
There’s also an element of randomness in the game’s upgrade system, allowing players to focus on upgrading a single skill, yet outcomes are not guaranteed. Don’t worry though, Faction Z also allows skill resets through the skill master in the village.
In the game, players activate and destroy monuments to unlock more challenges. Monuments awaken troublesome monsters, and defeating them is needed to challenge bosses. These monuments are divided into five levels, each increasing in difficulty, and some stages feature random ability modifiers, turning each battle into an unpredictable adventure. Then there’s the safe village, which serves as the players' base — allowing them to buy, sell, and craft equipment, as well as reset skills and abilities.
