Dauntless Adds New Quest And Simplifies Island Events
Events should be "enjoyable experiences that make sense in the world of Dauntless."
The 1.9.1 update for Dauntless went live yesterday, adding two new sets of rumour quests for hunters who have already taken down Sahvyt and claimed its armor. Wear its armour while defeating the big bug and you'll be able to get a pair of transmogs for the Living Blade Antennae helmet and the Living Blade Carapace chest.
Love will be in the air when the Saint's Bond event kicks off on February 10, but in 1.9.1, many of the island events also got some love. The overall idea was to "reduce their completion time, reduce chaos, or to keep their narratives cohesive." In general, it looks like the events have been simplified, which should help with the stated goal of making them "enjoyable experiences that make sense in the world of Dauntless."
