Jagex's Block N Load Goes Free To Play
WildStar wasn't the only game that transitioned into a free-to-play model last week. Granted, Jagex's blocky shooter Block N Load never had quite the same fanfare as Carbine's MMO, but if you were interested, you can now check it out for free.
The free-to-play version of Block N Load features a wide variety of colorful heroes, with some being available on a daily rotation and others unlockable with gold. Three new heroes -- Vander Graaf, Kira-chan, and Yury the Yeti -- have been added to the mix as well. In addition to the F2P move, last week's update also added a daily challenge system, a perks system, and improvements to matchmaking and player progression.
You can check out Block N Load on the game's website or go straight to Steam to download it. Let us know what you think!
