Nexon Announces Month-Long, In-Person Hands-On Event For MapleStory Classic World
The event is free and will take place in Los Angeles.

If you happen to be living in Los Angeles, or traveling there sometime between January 15 and February 13, and you’re also a fan of the free-to-play 2D MMORPG MapleStory, you might want to set aside some time to check this out. As part of Global MapleStory’s ongoing anniversary celebration, Nexon announced an in-person hands-on MapleStory Classic World event in Los Angeles. As you can tell from the dates above, this event will last for a month, offering players a chance to check out the game and a new, but nostalgic game mode.
It should be noted that this isn’t a walk-in event. You will need to sign up to take part. You’ll also need to have a MapleStory account that’s at least 60 days old. Players can sign up to play Classic World for two hours between 2 p.m. and 10 p.m. Pacific time. The two-hour time slot must be decided upon when signing up. To sign up for the event, just head to the special site. Full details, as well as a map showing the exact location, can be found there as well.
