Wizard101 Crying Sky Raid Update Introduces New Guild Boss Challenge
The update also includes more customization including name and gender changing.
Today, Kingsisle Entertainment announced the launch of The Crying Sky Raid update in Wizard101. This update adds new features to the MMORPG, including a new guild boss challenge, PvP and PvE events, and more customization options.
The new guild boss challenge is a team raid for max-level players that will take them back to the world of Azteca. There, they’ll fight a cult of mad dinosaurs. Those who defeat the dinos will get new raid gear and other rewards.
This update also improves character customization. Players are now able to change names and gender. There is a limit, however. The name and gender changes are limited to one time. The name change here allows players to take advantage of the new names added to the game’s system.
Then there are the PvE and PvP changes. These are related to the monthly Beastmoon Hunt and Beastmoon Monster Mayhem events. New options, rewards, and gamplay improvements are now available.
The full patch notes are available on the Wizard101 site.
