Head West This Summer In Two MapleStory Updates
Expect some love for the interactive world.

MapleStory Global is getting plenty of love this summer, beginning with the first half of the “Go West!” Summer update on June 12. The Maple Boys are going on a world tour and Angelic Buster is coming back. Plus, players can expect a new dungeon, new ways to advance their legion, and more.
In addition to announcing the content updates – the second of which will drop on July 17 – the MapleStory team also shared a new note from the Head of Western Development, Hanbyeol, otherwise known as Inkwell. In the note, he addresses how the Global team is continuing to adjust things to meet the needs of their specific players and how that diverges from the Korean version.
As he notes in the… well… note, the last time he addressed the Heroic World. The new note is dedicated to the Interactive World. Among the things it addresses is how they will be adjusting trade-restricted items to encourage more trading and maintain a healthy economy in the game.
Another topic covered in the note is the possibility of a world merge for the MMORPG's Interactive World. This isn’t guaranteed, but as the last world merge was in 2019, it seems like a possibility. Full details are listed on the Maplestory site.
