Warframe’s The Old Peace Update Is Now Live
It’s time to take a literal trip down memory lane. Someone’s memory anyway.

After all of Digital Extreme’s teasing and hype, Warframe’s latest update, “The Old Peace”, has arrived. The shooter’s most recent update takes players to the battlefields of Tau as they explore memories of galaxy-spanning The Old War.
Things will kick off with a new chapter in the game’s cinematic quest line. The update also introduces new game modes, expands existing systems, and adds new weapons. There are also two events on the way. And, of course, players can expect a new Warframe – the demon-themed Warframe, Uriel. We detailed a good bit of The Old Peace in an earlier post.
A big feature of the update is “The Perita Rebellion”. This new game mode takes place on the Tau moon of Perita, where players have 12 minutes to complete objectives and work toward defeating a final boss. This is also where players will obtain materials needed to trade for Tektolyst Artifacts. The artifacts are tied to the new Tauron Focus school expansion, which offers players cool new ways to defeat their enemy.
