Exciting PvP battles with Real-time combat
Open world maps
State-of-the-art graphics

Black Prophecy is a free to play 3D fast-paced sci-fi MMORPG with state of the art visuals. Both the Player-versus-Players combat and an exciting storyline in a rich universe are important aspects of the game.

Black Prophecy offers breath-taking real-time battles in a variety of space settings, all set in a world with a rich background story penned by the science fiction author Michael Marrak.

Players can choose to join one of the two factions: the genetically-perfected Genides or the cybernetically-optimized Tyi. Whichever side they choose, there’s lots to be done in the vast endlessness of space. Besides the story missions that unveil the plot, players can also complete hundreds of action-packed PvE and PvP missions or group up to form clans. Together they can collect resources and build their own clan station, which can then be expanded upon with a variety of different modules. Ships can also be customized to suit each player’s preferences using some of the countless building parts available.

Is Black Prophecy anything like Eve Online? Besides the fact that both games play in space, they do not have much more in common. Enthralling PvP battles that can be fought alone or with a group as well as countless options for customizing spaceships, including by crafting, guarantee fun for a long time to come.

  1. So would you recommend this or star trek online? because I thought star trek was decent but my friends didn’t play it much.

  2. Wow I saw this game about a year ago and they were letting people sign up for the closed beta ….. I signed up but never got a reply ….

Now it’s in open beta ….. I really wanna check it out now! 🙂

  3. wouldnt let me download I had to personnaly go into the internet and find everything for it and it didnt even give me a hint to where or what I was looking for.

  4. This is probably one of the best mmo’s out there. Great visuals. Sound is perfect. and the cut scenes awesome, although for some reason, not in a good a quality as the game on highest settings.

I give it a 5/5 with my only gripe being that it feels like a single-player after awhile. Sure there are people (and the community is GREAT by the way. Everything is more than willing to help you), but most of the time you’re just flying by yourself. Today was an exception though, the Genides and Tyi went to war and that was real fun.

    • ^ I take this back lol. Too bad there’s no way to edit it.

The gameplay has turned extremely bland. It’s just incessant grinding with killing x # of mobs then turning it in to get another quest for killing more the same kind. The story line at this point has COMPLETELY dropped off. There is no more story line. Your basic drive to keep playing is to get more money to buy better parts. The ships basically all look the same so that’s not an incentive. I really tried to like the game, just could not handle the sheer repetitiveness.

      • Honestly if you think that the game has turned bland, then you arent doing anything, there are end game missions Warzones, team missions, still more story to come being as that last time you posted there were 2 huge updates afterwards….if all your doing at kill x# mobs then you havent even cracked halfway into the game…lmao silly person

  5. awesome visuals i like the game quiet a bit its fun easy to learn the controls are an adjustment but when you get used to it its easy
