Hi-Rez Studios Now Has Its Own Esports Production Company

The SMITE and Paladins developers just seems to keep growing. The company, well known for its investment in esports, is taking that love to the next level with the creation of Skillshot Media, an esports production company.
Skillshot media will be a subsidary of Hi-Rez Studios and will handle all things esports for both the SMITE and Paladins esports leagues -- all under the watchful eye of Hi-Rez COO (now additionally Skillshot Media President) Todd Harris.
Hi-Rez Director of Player Engagement, Alex Grimonpont, spoke with esports Observer about the launch of Skillshot Media, stating that the company believes both of its current esports leagues will benefit. He also noted that other publishers have expressed an interest in working with them on esports and this new venture will allow them to help with that.
