A new company has taken over Bigpoint. Maybe they will read this and make Deepolis the best game on the Internet once again ! It used to be great but they have not updated it in 4 years but is still a money maker and new members are always joining.

I remember playing this game 3 years ago, I really used to enjoy it but now Bigpoint gives a sh*t about the games and they don’t support it or update it. I wish this game could be back!

Do not try this game! or any Bigpoint game for that matter. the company does not take care of it and has a very shitty form of customer service there hasnt been an update in 2 years and it is a dying game because of what the company has turned into!

I tried that game twice, a few years apart.
As it stood last time around, higher level players (those with big subs) hang around the lower level towns to hunt low level players… there is supposed to be a penalty to them for attacking below their level, but THAT is not implemented, so grief galore.

As for support, they are incompetent and cannot be bothere dto READ your ticket before answering it, not read what has gone before in a ticket if you reply to it; I had 1 long ticket wher theyr kapt asking me the same question avery 2 or 3 reply cycles, witghout bothering that it had beem asked and answered already; all the time without replying to my actual issue.

My best advice: don’t bother with it, all ypou will get is grief.
