Wargaming Players Donate Over $1M To Buy Ambulances For Ukraine
Players from 115 different countries purchased 90k bundles through the WargamingUnited Campaign.
After two weeks, the WargamingUnited charity campaign has raised more than 1 Million USD through the sales of bundles to players across World of Tanks, World of Tanks Blitz, World of Tanks Modern Armor, World of Warships, World of Warships: Legends, and World of Warplanes. Players from around the world – 115 countries – participated in the campaign. Together they purchased 90 thousand bundles.
As a result of their players’ generosity, Wargaming was able to transfer 1,072,940 USD through UNITED24, an initiative by the President of Ukraine that ensures funds go where donors intend them to and where they are most beneficial to the citizens of Ukraine. In the case of these funds, they are to be used in the purchase of C-type ambulances.
